Default blocking outgoing mails...

Hello,
Being a reseller, i have started to recieve complaints from clients with notebooks, when they move from their normal providers area of coverage their email can not be sent out. They are using the incoming and outgoing pop server which comes with their webspace. As there has been a trend by the broadband providers to block outgoing mail on port 25 which creates problem for mobile clients. Also, I can't change the port of the email server. The clients could use their webmail but they would rather just use their local email program as usual.
