They are affiliated with Great Lakes Comnet and address space is advertised from GLC's AS number. Peering seems to be more diverse than I expected, with direct peering to ATT and peering to Level(3) and Savvis via 123.net. Their admin panel is nicely integrated, with remote reboot and mrtg graphs all in a cohesive interface.
