I am currently looking for a reseller host as well, and I am considering to go with
Qoozz.com. However overselling is not applicable for free hosting companies. I also use to be with
Tamranda.com, but I moved due to the unsufficient support - it was great at first, they do offer great plans, and overselling is applicable. I recommend reading some reviews about Qoozz.com
