60 mbps should be enough for a 1U server, with those specifications, your server would be hard pressed to fully use 10 mbps I believe, and 20 mbps would definately overload your server, it depends what your running, and to add multiple servers, dont put more than 6-8 servers on that firewall, 10 mbps per server would be talking like 5000-6000 gb bandwidth a month on one server.
