No one gets anything great for cheap in this world. $100-$200 is pretty less for designing, if you actually look. There are lots of great designers who get around $500 or more for designing websites and that is quite decent price. This is usually because people are looking for a very customized design to fit absolutely their topic. I would suggest you to stick to worpress if you do not have alot of money to invest.
