I agree. I actually go on scriptlance.com sometimes and warn the poor people on there looking for SEO that anyone claiming to get them top 10 for any keyword are fakes. I also remind them "will submit your site to 500 seach engines" is all BS. They only need to worry about 5 SE's at the most. Mainly 3 of them...
