Zune is infected with DRM, although iPods are too. I don't know about you but I can't stand DRM (Digital Rights (more like Restrictions) Management) and what it represents.
Do you really want a device that acts defectively by default? Cause DRM is nothing but a deliberate defection for the purpose of what, filling fat pockets of RIAA labels so they can sue innocent people out of their money?
