It often takes quite a while to be assigned a Page Rank - if at all - as it involves a lot more than just getting crawled by bots.
Your page has been cached by Google so thats a start. There is a lot you can do to increase the likelyhood of getting ranked; such as validating your code, getting textual content on the page to feed the bots, adding a Google sitemap and developing backlinks from related sites and directories.
Remember though that Page Rank is not directly related to SERP placements so concentrate on developing an interesting, content rich site first that will get good search results and a ranking will follow.
