I'm not even sure if this is where I need to be for this question, but after talking with my ISP, who told me to talk to my computer manufacturere, DELL, who in turn told me I needed to contact the MSN Webmaster, here I am! The problem is that when I am in an MSN chatroom and typing in the text box, if I make a typo and hit my backspace key to fix it, it acts like I hit the "back" button and takes me to the previous web page!! It's just habit that I hit the backspace key to correct my error, sometimes one, two or three times if I need to correct that many letter's back, but say I hit the backspace two times it will take me back two website pages? Dell told me that it is a "third party" issue...I'm not sure what that means, but has anyone else had this problem and can it be fixed? The only thing I had done prior to this happening was download Norton Security, it was working fine before that...coincidence?? HELP PLEASE!!
