i was once thinking about the same. I would like to order articles from people who are in USA rather than buying them from someone in India
but at times, there are some people who have been writing content for web for almost 2 - 4 years and i guess they can really write well.
Another important factor in writing content for websites is the proper use of keywords in the articles, which i guess most people will not be able to use that well. It is something an SEO expert or a writer working under an SEO can do better.
