Question search submit

Hi guys,

I have noticed a steady increase in my rankings (on most important 2 and 3 word keyword phrase) on Google from page 3 to page 1 over the last year through solid link building, adding good contant etc. My site is 4 years old, has been in the yahoo directory for 3 and a bit and a year ago was ranked in the top 10 on Yahoo. Since then it has slowly dropped to between 32-38.

As i was already well listed in the serps and had a directory listing i declined the search submit paid inclusion option when it came out.

Could this be why my rankings are going down the drain? I don't do anything dodgy....have built my site slow and steady and its paying off in Google big time. But im really disappointed with my Yahoo listings as i was solid as a rock in there for a long time.

Thoughts?

Is not being in search submit express or pro causing my rankings to drop? -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
